you know the basics of shamanic journeying & want to learn healing
techniques for yourself or to incorporate into other healing modalities.
This class covers: power songs, sacred dance & movement, journeying
while drumming, power animal retrieval, the concepts of illness from a
shamanic perspective, moving in physical & shamanic reality at the
same time, techniques for scanning for energy intrusions, journeying to
your power animal for healing, using stones for extraction & self
healing.
Please Bring: A drum and/or rattle, mat or blanket to lay on, a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes during the guided journey, and a notebook and pen to take notes and record your experiences.
