Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is beneficial on both a mental and physical level. It can relieve stress, reduce muscle pain, and restore balance within the body. Massage Therapy has become a large part of maintaining health and wellness within our daily lives.

Therapeutic Massage: Soothe aching muscles and melt away stress with a blend of deep tissue and Swedish massage. --Amount of pressure is adjusted to client’s needs and sensitivities

Chair Massage: These 15 minutes sessions are performed on a massage chair while fully clothed. This is an excellent way to quickly relieve stress and treat sore muscles. It focuses on the neck, back, arms, and wrists to restore balance, relieve pain, and loosen muscles. A chair massage is a wonderful treat and an easy way to experience the benefits of massage when your schedule is tight. It is also the perfect way to introduce yourself to the benefits of massage therapy if you have never tried it. 15 minutes: $15

Massage Royale: The best of everything, because you deserve it! Lavish yourself with a therapeutic massage, plus additional therapies, to nourish and harmonize your body, mind & spirit. Design your own experience by selecting up to three therapies from the following list:

Reflexology: Pamper your feet and detoxify your body, while clearing away stagnant chi (energy). Reflexology harmonizes the body by stimulating points connected to our body’s organ systems. It will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized!–-Hand reflexology also available.

Mini Vacation: Who says BLISS can’t be achieved in 15 minutes or less? Nourish yourself for a change, with a 10 or 15 minute hand or foot massage. You will rest comfortably in a serene environment, complete with aromatherapy, candles and peaceful music. Reflex points in your hands or feet will be awakened, bringing peace and rejuvenation to your entire body.

Energy Detox: This full combination of Reiki, Angelic IET, Qigong (Chinese energy work) and guided meditation will re-harmonize your chakras (energy centers) and auric bodies, creating a sense of peace and relaxation. –Perfect for assisting any big life change

Distance Healing: Remote healing (in the form of Reiki or IET) works from the understanding that all are One and that everything is connected, working beyond the restrictions of space and time. Along with the energy work, the name of the recipient will be added to my prayer alter for 21 days. In addition, a candle and incense will be burned with intention for whatever is best for the highest good of that individual. It is a great choice:
*If you or a loved one are unable to be present for a session (ex: illness, surgery, long-distance)
*For an ill/stressed pet
*As a gift for someone special
