| The
path of Reiki is a wonderful one, to start or guide you on your
spiritual journey, as you allow Reiki to heal yourself and others.
Perhaps you are new to Reiki, or have taken Level One with another
teacher. In any circumstance, I am honored to have you consider
taking or re-taking Reiki Level One with me.
My lineage is a combination of traditional Usui, White Light and Tibetan Reiki. I teach Usui/Tibetan Reiki, as developed by William Lee Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training, which has a focus on Japanese techniques. Level Two offers many
techniques to strengthen the gift of Reiki you received in Level One.
Imagine being able to focus Reiki on a specific area, or to use
Reiki to assist freeing someone from an emotional issue or addiction.
Imagine being able to send Reiki from a distance to someone
before a surgery or job interview, or sending Reiki to a global
situation. Or, perhaps
you’d like to send some Reiki to yourself, to be with you during a
stressful situation. You
can even send Reiki to your past and to your future! What
to look forward to in Reiki 2: · Strengthening your Reiki by the use of the 3 sacred Usui Reiki symbols · Sending Reiki over a distance (like intercessory prayer) – also called absentee healing · Reiki Level 2 attunement, to further open your energy channels & strengthen your ability to channel Reiki · Some Japanese Reiki techniques, including sending Reiki with the breath, with the eyes, etc. · Incorporating crystals with Reiki · Clearing your own energy field, clearing a location or object with Reiki · Guided meditation to meet your Reiki Spirit Guide ·

Preparing
for a Reiki Attunement: The following optional preparations are suggested by my Reiki Master, William Rand. You can apply them for one to three days prior to the attunement, or longer. Use your guidance as to which steps, if any, you may be drawn to - but please do not use them to judge yourself harshly. Reiki works in spite of, not because of, us. The below is offered to potentially increase the amount of energy that can flow through one’s channels.

All
levels of Reiki are offered several times throughout the year.
Suzanne recommends tuning into your inner guidance, and waiting several months
between certain levels, in order to grow at each level. Suzanne encourages students to discuss class timing with her.

Suzanne Bird has studied various Western & Japanese Reiki techniques, and received her Reiki Mastership from William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training. She is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help® Instructor, whose passions include yoga, spending time in nature, acting, and writing.
