Shamanism is a spiritual practiced from ancient indigenous cultures that teaches
us how to connect to nature and the spirit worlds on a deep level. This class
will introduce you to shamanism: what it is, its practices, and how to apply its
concepts to your daily life and spiritual belief system. We will cover the
topics of the concept of shamanic healing, who the healing spirits are and how
to begin working with them, and a guided shamanic journey to the spirit worlds
to meet and connect with your spirit animal companion. Please Bring: A mat or blanket to lay on, a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes during the guided journey, and a notebook and pen to take notes and record your experiences.

Every session's primary goal is to empower the client so that they can heal their life and become more whole within themselves. | |
