Shamanic Self Defense Learn the secrets of spiritual self-defense from the tradition of the South American shamans in this special experiential evening. Practicing Shamanic healer Itzhak Beery will teach you techniques to repel negativity in order to relieve anxiety, depression and emotional trauma--opening pathways for happier relationships, peacefulness, better sleep, higher energy, better concentration and the attainment of abundance.

Shamanic healing combines effective spiritual and practical methods used by indigenous cultures around the world for healing and enhancement to enrich life experience. The Shaman works with spiritual forces, natural components and hands-on bodywork to balance and harmonize energies through a variety of cleansing and protection techniques.

These energy-shielding methods have been passed down by elder healers from the high Andes of Ecuador, Peru and the Brazilian Amazon. In addition, you'll also learn Shamanic journeying techniques to help you continue to seek guidance on your own to help you apply these lessons in your every day life.

About Itzhak Beery

Itzhak Beery Itzhak Beery, Israeli native, is a NYC-based shamanic practitioner who conducts shamanic healing ceremonies, teaches workshops for adults, seniors, teens and children in the USA, Europe, Israel and Hawaii and co-lead trips to Brazil's Amazon.

He apprenticed intensively and initiated by don Jose Joaquin Pineda an Ecuadorian Quechua Yachak from Illuman, into his family tradition. He was also initiated by Shoré a North Amazonian Pagé and studied with Ipupiara Makunaiman a Brazilian Amazonian Pagé from the Uru-eu-wau-wau tribe, Cliecha, Peruvian Curandera and other South and North American indigenous elders and shamans.

Itzhak is a co-founder of the NY Shamanic Circle (NYSC). He is the publisher of www.shamanportal.org the most comprehensive global shamanic resource website today. Itzhak's work has been featured in a variety of publications, radio and video interviews and he is often invited to speak on panel discussions and press conferences.
