Many cultures burn sacred plants or incense to spiritually cleanse an area from unwanted energies, this technique is known as smudging. In this workshop, Smudging class

you will learn how to use smudging to clear yourself, your home, and others of negativity, stress, and unwanted energies. As well as how to cleanse your gemstones and sacred objects/tools.
With hands on work we will experience many of the different techniques that can be used to smudge.

There is no pre-requisite for this class, all are welcome!

All Attendees will leave with a sampling of some of the herbs used for smudging.

About Al Romao

Al Romao Al is a self taught percussionist that has been playing and performing percussion for 20 years. He has a very strong spiritual connection to the beat and spirit of the drum while playing and performing. Al has been studying Shamanism for four years and has completed the Two Week Shamanic Healing Intensive with the foundation for Shamanic Studies.

Al is available every Sunday from 12pm - 4pm and every Tuesday from 11am - 6pm
