treat yourself to a reiki treatment or enjoy a chair massage to relax and
unwind. All sessions are 15 minutes long and are $15. Walk ins are welcome or

Join us on a journey of meditation and relaxation bringing the mind, body and spirit into one.
With the everyday stresses of life we sometimes forget to bring our spirit with us. This is a time for us to bring our life forces back together when everyday life has caused us to separate.
We will first go thru a relaxation process to let go of the stresses on our mind and body of everyday life. Then we will travel through our soul to a wonderful garden of peace with a guided meditation that is brought through from Spirit and our Ancestors.
We will end with the lovely vibrations of the singing bowl, which will reach us at the very basic level of our cellular structure with wellness.

This
is a free event for people to gather with like-minded individuals to socialize,
have discussions, and forge friendships. It has become very evident to us that
there are many people that feel like they do not have a community to rely on and
to feel a part of. Many people feel disconnected or not welcomed by the people
around them and may feel like there is no one that they can talk to that is
“like them”. Join us in this night of forging a community- to feel welcomed,
connected, and at home.
THIS MONTHS TOPIC: CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Many people whom have attended our Community Nights have expressed an evening of
creativity and expression.
This month’s community Night will be all about “you” and your
creative side.
Take this evening to share a poem, spoken word, a song.
If you play a musical instrument like a guitar or violin bring it and
express the beauty of the song.
If you paint, bring a canvas and express your thoughts through art.
This evening has limitless boundaries upon your creativity.
Come and express yourself!
Or just come and observe and listen.
If you plan on attending, please let us know and what type of Creative
Expression you plan on sharing.
Buddhism: Sangha (Monthly)

Our Buddhism evenings have became a mutual decision to
see ourselves as a sangha – that is a community of practitioners committed to
the journey and to one another. Come
and join ‘The No-Name Sangha’ (which may or may not need a name) as we explore
some of the basic tenets of Buddhism. This gathering
will begin with a very brief meditation instruction, followed by a talk about
the nuts-and-bolts common to all sects of Buddhism.
Winter asks also that you bring your questions, which she hopes to be
able to address.

Shamanic Drumming Circle

Spirit of man evenings are a gathering of men for the purposes of exploring our

It is often due to a yearning to reconnect to the land, to seek out community, and to participate in traditions that have sustained a people through tremendous challenges while keeping a deep appreciation for live alive and well in their heart.
Join Marion in this
class to explore and understand some of the most integral parts of the Lakota
traditions.
Marion will discuss the purposes and protocols for the traditional Sacred
Ceremonies of the Lakota people including: inipi (sweat lodge), hanblechia
(vision quest), channunpa wakan(sacred pipe), and wiwang wacipi (sundance).
About Marion: After an eleven year teaching career and a ten year advertising directorship in NYC, Marion WanagiWi has come to realize her true passions - a nature based spiritual life, and a purity in sharing her knowledge. She has poured water in the traditional Lakota Sweat Lodge ceremony at White Tail Center since 1987 and continues to do so today. Marion is a certified Massage Therapist and instructor, a Reiki Master Teacher, Wise Woman Herbalist and Naturopath, counselor, and Sundancer at Rosebud reservation in South Dakota.

This
is a three part class
A series of three classes engaging in
guided meditations to draw on the joy,
compassion and wisdom within.
We all make up different variations of the original trinity of Maiden, Mother,
Crone. Come share and draw on the trinity at a three part series representing
each one. All of the journeys will be a self divination
experience.
Maiden - 6/9/08
At
the Maiden we will discuss and then draw on our youth during a standing
meditation (for those who can).
Mother - 6/16/08
During
the Mother phase we will draw on the mothers energy through a womb meditation.
You need not have given birth to participate. We all have the energy of
the mother within. The womb is the source of life in visiting it we are
re-birthed, you can also visit your mothers womb or grandmother, etc..
Crone - 6/23/08
At
the last session we will visit the Crone. We will journey to her and seek
her wisdom for our future. She is the higher self of perception and brings
clarity to all those asking for her assistance.
For each session please bring something comfortable to sit on, a candle to
light, a journal, anything to share or charge on an alter.
During the Crone meditation please bring a blanket, cloth, or fabric to wrap your self in a cocoon.

This is an introductory workshop. The concepts presented include: The Prophecy of the White Buffalo Calf Woman, Great Mystery, The Medicine Wheel, All My Relations and Totems. Through lecture, discussion, video, group participation and meditation, the Presence of Spirit will be Honored. Participants will be given resources/references to apply this wisdom to their daily lives.
