Come join us for an evening of learning and healing with Reiki, Crystals and Sound Healing.In this circle you will experience many different healing and balancingtechniques that Adrienne has practiced for over 20 years. These techniqueswill help to clear and balance the chakras, refresh and recharge your aura,leaving you calm, centered and peaceful. 

You will experience the following: 

·         Chanting, Meditation, Guided Visualization & Breath Work

·         Reiki healing -each person will receive a hands on mini Reiki treatment

·         Crystal Gemstone healing - each person will be able to hold Crystals and experience their healing vibrations

·         Sound Healing- using the sounds of Tibetan bowls and Tuning forks to help wash and clear your aura

·         Grounding- using our breath to come back to center

·         Learning Spiritual Tools for everyday uses

 This is an open circle format; all are welcome, no experience necessary.


  
About Adrienne Gammal
Adrienne Gammal has spent most of her life in spiritual pursuit and shares the wealth of her knowledge with all she meets. She is a Reiki Master, Certified Crystal and Gemstone therapist and a devoted yoga and meditation student. She holds monthly workshops on Crystals and Energy healing both in NYC and NJ.
