The didgeridoo is considered the world's oldest instrument and has been used for healing purposes for over 1500 years.  Corey Costanzo's Didgeridoo Meditation is a journey that will guide you through an exploration of rhythm, breath, and soul.  The collective spirit of the group will emerge as the vibrations elicit a deep sense of connectedness and creativity.
 
Corey encourages the group to participate with either drums, rattles, dance or song/chant.  So please bring any hand drums or rattles with you to this event.
